COMMUNITY GROUPS

"We love because he first loved us." 1 John 4:19

Community Groups are the heart of discipleship and relationships at Redemption Church. They are designed to foster personal spiritual growth, encourage fellowship with other believers, and expand the body of Christ in our community.

God designed us to be in community. Though there are 1.2 million people in Charlotte, it is entirely possible to be surrounded by people but remain alone. Though we may have family, friends, dating relationships, coworkers, or neighbors in our lives, it’s possible to still be unknown. We invite you to live life as God intended it; authentic, vulnerable, and connected.

Community Groups currently meet in six locations within the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area. In addition to connecting relationally with one another, groups focus on spurring spiritual growth through biblical studies and sermons discussions. Each week we open our Bibles together, pray for one another, and support and encourage each other to continue pursuing Christ.

"For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them."

Matthew 18:20

Our Vision of Growth

Our goal is to one day have a Redemption Community Group in all 50+ historic neighborhoods in Charlotte.

In the meantime, we strongly encourage you to join the group geographically closest to you. (Consult the map below.)

Our new Community Groups will come from our existing groups, so it's important not to wait until a group is launched in your neighborhood to get involved!
